You will receive a warm and friendly welcome as you are shown to the dedicated and comfortable treatment room which has adjoining bathroom facilities, which you are most welcome to use.

If this is your first visit, you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire as part of your initial consultation. This will enable your treatment to be completely designed and structured to your individual needs. You will need to allow 90 minutes for this. Subsequent treatments are usually 60 minutes or 30 minutes, as required.

(When booking an Express 30 Minute Serenity treatment, a shorter health questionnaire will be sent to you for completion, prior to your first treatment).

During the treatment you will be invited to relax on the massage couch, in a safe and supportive environment while your reflexology practitioner stimulates the reflexes in your feet using a variety of well-established techniques and methods which promote health and wellbeing.

Beautiful organic Neal’s Yard Remedies’ balms will be used during your treatment such as their Geranium & Orange balm, which are all natural ethically sourced products.

You will be safe in the hands of a fully qualified Level 5 reflexologist. This level of qualification is included in the sector ‘Nursing and Subjects and Vocations Allied to Medicine’ and as a result, the experience you have and the quality of your treatment will reflect this too.

On completion of your treatment, you will be offered a refreshing glass of cool water while you savour the special ‘post treatment feeling’.
